Jaime
Felix
CFO

Jaime has spent his career making sure the financial engine underneath ambitious investment firms runs cleanly and quietly, so the people doing the investing never have to think about it.
He has consulted as CFO for several venture capital firms and previously served as CFO at TCG Crossover, the life sciences crossover investment firm, where he built the back-office infrastructure from the ground up — creating the systems, controls, and financial architecture to support a firm investing across both private and public markets at scale. He also served as CFO at Blumberg Capital, an early-stage venture firm, and as Director of Finance and Human Resources at Mohr Davidow Ventures, a longtime Silicon Valley firm with over $1.8 billion under management. He began building his VC finance foundation as Controller at Geolo Capital and Sand Hill Capital, a venture debt fund focused on mezzanine financing.
His accounting roots started at Arthur Andersen and Oracle, where he developed most of his tax expertise.
Jaime is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
He lives on the Peninsula with his wife, and the greatest source of pride is watching his two sons thrive at Santa Clara University and cheering his daughter through high school. Outside the office, he is a devoted aficionado of classic Porsche cars and enjoys playing golf and chess.
