She’s most energized when she’s in it for the long haul, building trust over time with founders who see recruiting not as a transaction, but as a core part of the company they’re trying to build. That’s when the real magic happens.

As Talent Partner at Audacious Ventures, Samantha leads the firm’s talent function. From day zero, she and her team work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders to build the teams that become their company. Her superpower is knowing how to attract the best operators in Silicon Valley to early stage opportunities.

Previously, Samantha was an early employee at both OneLogin and Intercom, scaling and building their companies from within, globally. She later rose quickly through the ranks at SwingSearch, a boutique executive search firm. Over her career, she has successfully placed hundreds of GTM operators and engineers in venture-backed B2B SaaS startups.

She lives in the East Bay with her husband, and finds the most joy chasing around their rambunctious and curious four-year-old son.
