Having lived in 6 cities throughout his life, Yousuf knows that surrounding yourself with the best people makes all the difference. Yousuf moved to Boston for college to learn from the best researchers in the world. There, he learned the fundamentals of the startup world and surrounded himself with people who would propel him to places he never thought he would be.

Yousuf brings this perspective with him to the Talent team at Audacious where he believes that teams are the rate limiting step in any company.

Yousuf graduated with a BS in biomedical engineering from Boston University and an MS in biomedical engineering from Columbia University. Yousuf previously served as Head of Growth for Curious Cardinals, an Audacious portfolio company, where he boosted monthly revenue by hundreds of thousands of dollars by conducting outreach to over 50,000 prospective contractors.

When Yousuf isn’t engaging the best talent, he’s visiting every US national park, making his famous banana pudding, or building something with his hands.
