The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Applied AI Engineer to design, build, and launch intelligent automations across the organization's workflows that provide leverage to every member of our team, so we can spend our time on what truly matters, with the constant edge of AI at our side.
You’ll build and ship AI-powered agents and workflows that:
- Supercharge our investment process: e.g., an AI Chief of Staff for contextual emailing, intelligent to-do tracking, founder research; an always-on investment partner which listens to all our conversations and helps us make better decisions.
- Accelerate recruiting for our portfolio companies: e.g., candidate matching, intro automation, and follow-up tracking.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have a deep understanding of what’s possible (and what’s not) with today’s LLMs.
- Have a portfolio that shows real shipped projects, not just prototypes.
- Move with urgency, without compromising quality.
- Build with usability and design at the core.
